On April 11th, Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, and Kurt Whitesel of B2B CFO, presented at the Prairie Family Business Association’s Annual Conference in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Jeana and Kurt’s presentation covered business succession planning, “How to Know When to Fold ‘Em, Double Down, or Go All In: A Dealer’s Guide to Business Succession Planning.” The presentation highlighted the importance of what you want for your business in the future along with what you need from your business. Goosmann discussed succession planning in the terms of a “team” approach with additional players in various stakeholders of a company.
