Deal making lawyers work with corporate boards of directors and executives in our corporate and commercial law department that has completed over a billion dollars in deals successfully completing corporate takeovers, corporate inversions, negotiating economic incentives, REIT financing, swing line lending, and venture capital M&A. Candidates must possess outstanding oral and written skills, a willingness to learn, and the desire to excel.  Candidates with business mindset, who anticipate the legal needs of business clientele, are preferred.
