Goosmann Law attorneys Jeana Goosmann and Marie Ruettgers recently settled a personal injury case brought before the Iowa District Court in Clay County.  Goosmann’s client sustained serious injuries while working on a neighbor’s farm inside a piece of farm equipment.  One of the defendants settled before trial and the second defendant settled on the eve of trial, resulting in a $520,000 settlement for the Firm’s client.
