Goosmann Law Firm, PLC Attorney Jeana Goosmann has been featured in the September issue of The American Lawyer as a 2012 Top Rated Banking & Finance attorney. In order to obtain this status, an attorney must also be a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated attorney; the highest peer review rating in legal skill and ethical standards. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are driven by the confidential opinions of lawyers and member of the judiciary who receive invitations via online or by mail to provide reviews of lawyers of whom they have professional knowledge.
Goosmann is an AV Preeminent rated attorney; she was the only attorney featured licensed in Iowa, Nebraska or South Dakota. The American Lawyer is a monthly law magazine published by ALM, previously known as American Lawyer Media. The magazine is known for its’ surveys including “The Am Law 100,” “The Global 100” and “Corporate Scoreboard,” which rank United States law firms based on an award-specific set of criteria. Jeana is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and served as Vice Chair of the Iowa Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section Council. Jeana is licensed to practice in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
