Osborn’s client refused to pay for the services, contending that the plaintiff’s work was defective. The dispute proceeded to a bench trial in Woodbury County, Iowa. After consideration of the evidence, which included testimony from several witnesses, the court dismissed plaintiff’s claim in its entirety.
