Time will tell if the new Net-Neutrality Plan regulations will foster new problems

The FCC approved the new Net-Neutrality Plan aided at barring internet service providers from creating paid fast lanes on the internet. The new regulations have the potential to allow the FCC to regulate internet providers in the same manner in which it regulates telephone carriers.
