The FBI has a new name on its most wanted list: hacker Evgeniy Bogachev. Bogachev is a Russian national charged with running the GameOver Zeus computer attack network that has reportedly stolen more than $100 from online bank accounts. Bogachev has been charged in federal court in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with conspiracy, computer hacking, wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering. He has also been charged in Omaha, Nebraska for his alleged involvement in an earlier version of the Zeus malware known as “Jabber Zeus.” A $3 million dollar reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest or conviction. Bogachev’s bounty is the highest U.S. authorities have ever offered for a cyber-criminal. Read more about this now infamous hacker on MSN.
